Your information should work for you—not travel without you.

We collect account details such as your name, email, country, device and security records; membership, invoice and purchase references; support messages; saved interests and IPO-alert preferences; and product interaction data such as searches, opens, watchlists and feature use.

Payment-card and bank credentials are entered on the approved payment provider's page and are not stored by IPOMEGA. We retain the provider reference and settlement result needed to manage access and records.

We use information to create and protect your account, provide and personalise IPO research, improve recommendations and scoring experiences, administer billing, prevent abuse, answer support requests, measure platform performance, and meet legal and record-keeping duties.

Behavioural insights are reported to authorised management in aggregated or access-controlled form to improve the product. They are not shown to other members and we do not sell personal information.

Essential account, security, payment and support messages may be sent when needed to operate your account. Coming-soon and speculative-listing notices are topic-level choices you can switch on or off in Profile settings. Marketing consent is not bundled into membership.

Selected service providers—including Google Cloud, Google Workspace and the approved payment provider—process limited information on our behalf under their security and contractual controls. International processing may occur where these services operate.

We keep information only as long as needed for the service, security, disputes, tax, accounting or other legal obligations. Access is restricted, sensitive configuration is encrypted, passwords are hashed and administrative actions are logged.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, or withdraw a voluntary marketing consent. Some records may be retained where law, fraud prevention or a live dispute requires it.
